Warranty Policy

Depending on each detailed product, there will be a separate warranty policy. Refer to each product detail for specific information. Most products have a genuine, 12-month warranty.


Warranty cases

  1. The product is still within the warranty period
  2. The product is damaged due to the manufacturer’s technical error
  3. Customers must present the warranty card when requesting free warranty
  4. The device serial number and device model on the product must match the series and model number on the warranty card. The serial number on the product must be intact, not altered, patched or pasted over with any other object.
  5. The warranty card must be intact, must clearly show the customer’s name and date of purchase, must not be duplicated, or erased

Cases are not covered under warranty

  1. Product has expired warranty
  2. The device series and model numbers on the product do not match the series and model numbers on the warranty card
  3. Products damaged due to natural disasters, floods, explosions, rust, fires or transportation causing cracks, dents, breaks, scratches
  4. Product damage due to improper use according to instructions, improper installation, incorrect power source, unstable voltage or inappropriate use environment (rain, humidity, outdoors…)
  5. The product is rusted or stained due to corrosion or spilled liquid
  6. Equipment is deformed, scratched, broken, chipped, or warped due to the impact of mechanical force
  7. The device is disassembled and assembled by the user without the consent of the product supplier
  8. In case of damage due to wear and tear and reduced lifespan over time of use
  9. In case cleaning or product maintenance is required, the warranty will not be covered
  10. When customers do not install anti-negative pressure valves on the inlet/outlet of the composite tank, do not install a one-way valve for the filter pump supplying water to the composite filter tanks.

Product warranty information

  1. Warranty resolution time: 3-7 days depending on the condition of the damaged product
  2. Warranty location: Customers send warranty products to our warehouse address: No. C7/27C1, Pham Hung Street, Binh Hung Commune, Binh Chanh District, City. HCM

Agent customers

  1. Customers who purchase from an official agent of the company Song Phung anywhere can go directly to that agent or send it to the nearest warranty center for warranty according to regulations.
  2. Agents receive customers’ devices and send them directly to warranty centers. Warranty centers carry out product warranty and return the device to the dealer. The dealer then returns the device to the customer.

Particularly for composite filter tanks, if water leaks are cracked, take a photo of the tank series number and the entire installation system and send it to the supplier to see if there is an installation error or a manufacturer error. If the error is not due to installation, a new tank will be provided. And the product exchange address is at the buyer’s office in Ho Chi Minh City
